This is one of the important features of this program. Moving students from one grade level to the other has been made easy with this feature. You can move one student or all students to the next level.
NOTE: there are other grade levels that are just allowed to transfer data in one direction. For instance, data from Preschool can be moved from Preschool to, up to Form 4 table or Grade 12. However, one is not allowed to move data from the Preschool to the Graduate table. Also, data cannot be moved from Graduate, Form 4- Grade 1 into Preschool.
Now, there are situations where you may not be allowed to transfer data from one table to the other when table names are in a certain order. For instance, you may not be allowed to move data from Graduate to Form 4 when this is the order: <<Form 4>> – <<Graduate>>. You can solve this issue by switching the table direction. For instance, if the direction was <<Form 4>> – <<Graduate>>, you can try this order and see if you are allowed also: <<Graduate>> – <<Form 4>>.
