Student

Home Tab

• Filters: they are from Preschool-Grade 12. These fill the search combo allowing you to select the student you want to view the details of.

Edit Tab

• Has buttons that allow you open forms for each grade for editing

Data entry Tab

• This has a button that allows you to open the mother form allowing you to enter new data in each grade. The figure below shows the student Data Entry form.

Report Tab

• Student profile: This requires that you select the student first before clicking it to show the profile for the student you desire to see.
• Student profiles: This requires that you click on the grade filter of your interest in order for you to view the result you desire.
• Class list: This requires that you click on the grade filter of your interest in order for you to view the result you desire.
• Graduate list: you need two values in order for you to view the results: year 1 and year 2.  You can print the list for the presentation.
